WORLDWIDE SHIPPING All our products are delivered by international registered air-mail. Please allow a minimum of 21 business days for delivery, though we will make efforts so you can get the products earlier. All products prices include shipping and handling fees. Customers that wish to receive the products by international shipping companies (such as UPS, DHL or Fed Ex.), may check the relative checkbox in the order form and will be charged separately. Please note that all other duties and taxes (if any) are not under our control, and vary from country to country. Thus the responsibility for these additional fees is of the customer. Each product order is confirmed by a returning e-mail. Notice: since many of the items are hand carved, and given special attention by the craftsmen, they might not be always 100 % identical to each other, or to the pictures appearing here, thus each customer gets a special item, made just for him/her. RETURN POLICY Though we are sure you'll like our products and will want to keep them forever, we still give you the opportunity to return something that you've purchased, no matter the reason. We will be happy to take back any item within 30 days from purchase date, and refund you the original price you paid, excluding shipment and handling fees. Please return the product in its' original package and condition, and we will credit your credit card within 14 days of receiving the item.
